Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday catering may be available by arrangement and is subject to availability and additional conditions.
Closed Sundays and Public Holidays. No catering is available on these days.
Ordering
Orders can be placed through our online ordering system or by contacting the Little Reds team directly at orders@littleredscatering.au
Once your order has been placed, please check your confirmation carefully to ensure all items, quantities, delivery or collection details and requested times are correct.
Little Reds is not responsible for errors or omissions that are not brought to our attention prior to your event.
We understand that every event is different. Our menu can be adapted where possible to accommodate dietary requirements, preferences and budgets. Additional charges may apply for customised requests.
For larger events or customised catering, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
Lead Times & Last-Minute Orders
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability.
While we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, some menu items require 24–48 hours' notice and may not be available for same-day or short-notice orders.
Quotes
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are subject to availability and may be adjusted if there are changes to the requested catering, guest numbers or event requirements.
Changes to Orders
Changes to catering orders can be made up to 48 hours prior to your event.
Requests made within 48 hours of your event may not be able to be accommodated, depending on the items ordered, quantities and preparation requirements.
Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Dietary Requirements & Allergens
Please advise us of all dietary requirements and allergies when placing your order.
We take care when preparing catering to accommodate dietary requirements. However, our kitchen handles a range of allergens and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact our team before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements.
Packaging & Equipment
All catering orders are supplied in disposable catering boxes unless otherwise arranged. Appropriate plates, napkins and cutlery are included with catering orders.
If you would prefer your catering presented on platters, please contact us directly. An additional charge will apply.
Any Little Reds platters, equipment or reusable items supplied for an event remain the property of Little Reds and must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
Lost or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.
Payment
The following payment options are available:
Credit or debit card when ordering online
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) by arrangement for eligible corporate or larger catering orders
All prices are GST inclusive, unless otherwise stated.
Where an invoice is issued, payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
Confirmation & Cancellations
Please check your order confirmation carefully once received, including:
Event date
Delivery or collection time
Delivery address
Items and quantities
Dietary requirements
Final numbers and dietary requirements should be confirmed no later than 48 hours before your event.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the size of the order, timing of the cancellation and preparation already undertaken.
For larger catering orders and events, cancellation fees may apply where cancellation occurs within the agreed cancellation period.
Please ensure you receive written confirmation from Little Reds that your order has been cancelled.
Delivery
Delivery fees may apply depending on your location, postcode, order size and delivery requirements.
Delivery availability can vary by location. Please check your postcode during the online ordering process or contact our team if you're unsure whether we deliver to your area.
We always do our best to deliver orders within the requested delivery window.
Due to daily delivery schedules and catering volumes, some orders may arrive slightly earlier than the requested time. Where possible, we will ensure your catering is delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the nominated delivery address and time.
Food Safety
Little Reds operates in accordance with applicable Australian food safety legislation and regulations.
We maintain appropriate food safety practices and procedures throughout the preparation, storage, transportation and delivery of our catering.
Once catering has been delivered or collected, the customer is responsible for appropriate storage, handling and serving of the food.
Little Reds cannot accept responsibility for food that has not been stored or handled appropriately after it has left our care.
Events Outside Our Control
Little Reds will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, our obligations where the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, civil disruption, government actions or regulations, power outages, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of an issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
